Jordan Publishes Draft Standard for Fat and Blended Spreads

Jordan has released draft standard JS 1907:2025, outlining requirements for fat spreads and blended spreads with a fat content between 10% and 90%. The draft standard excludes products with fat content less than two-thirds of their solids, spreadable fats made solely from dairy, and butter. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments by 7 September.
