The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) is introducing a mandatory NutriMark system for front-of-package labelling. The new system will apply to packaged and non-packaged breads, pastries, beverages (including dairy), fats, oils, and foods targeting children. Exemptions include fresh produce, unprocessed meats, and single-ingredient products like rice, tea, and sugar. The NutriMark system will be enforced starting 1 June 2025.
